1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via my online shop by consumers (§ 1 KSchG).

3. Conclusion of contract
The product descriptions in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By completing your order, you submit a binding offer. Acceptance occurs upon order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices quoted are final prices. As a small business, no VAT is charged (§ 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG).
Additional shipping costs may apply, which will be shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Payment
Payment is accepted in advance via cash or PayPal. Shipping will occur after payment is received.

6th delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided. Typical delivery time: approximately 3–7 business days from receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider.

7. Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Products that have been specially manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. personalized or custom-made items in accordance with § 18 FAGG) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Complaints should be reported as soon as possible. No liability is accepted for improper use.

9. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the seller's place of residence, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations stipulate otherwise.
